Terms of Service

Garden State Mobile Homes is a registered trade name (DBA) of WayMakerGroup. These Terms are an agreement between you and WayMakerGroup.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of gardenstatemobilehomes.comand any related forms, chat tools, emails, calls, and text messages (collectively, the “Services”) provided by WayMakerGroup (“WayMakerGroup,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Services you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

2. Inquiries, Offers, and Listings

Submitting a form, chat message, or other inquiry creates no obligation for you to sell, list, or purchase a home, and creates no obligation for WayMakerGroup to make an offer, accept an offer, or transact with you. Any actual purchase, sale, listing, or representation relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement signed by the parties. Information about homes shown on the site is gathered from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed and is subject to prior sale, change, withdrawal, or error.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. Program description.

By providing your mobile number and opting in through our forms, you agree to receive text messages from WayMakerGroup related to your inquiry, including appointment reminders, service updates, and, if you selected the marketing option, special offers and promotions.

2. Message frequency.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

3. Cost.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

4. Opt-out.

Reply STOP to any message from us at (908) 317-7002 to cancel. We send a confirmation and no further SMS unless you opt in again. To rejoin, opt in again or reply START.

5. Help.

6. Carrier liability.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed by WayMakerGroup.

7. Supported carriers.

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and most major and regional US carriers. Support may change without notice.

8. Privacy.

Your mobile opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Compliance.

Operated in accordance with applicable carrier requirements, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or channel.
  • Use the site to harass, threaten, or harm anyone, or to send unlawful, abusive, or spam content.
  • Scrape, copy, or systematically download any part of the site without our written permission.
  • Attempt to access non-public areas of the site, interfere with site security, or introduce malware.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the site, including the WayMakerGroup name, logo, copy, photos, layout, and code, is owned by WayMakerGroup or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, and other laws. Any use beyond viewing the site for your personal, non-commercial evaluation requires our prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services rely on or link to third parties for forms, chat, analytics, mapping, and messaging. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that party's terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WayMakerGroup disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, title, and non-infringement. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, WayMakerGroup, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold WayMakerGroupharmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arises out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve in good faith will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you and WayMakerGroup consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may change, suspend, or end any part of the Services at any time, and we may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
